    Join us for the 2009 Festival at Bel Air Halloween Costume Parade & Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 31, 2009.  Register in front of Check E. Cheese's at 9:30am.  All kids wearing costumes will receive candy and a trick-or-treat bag. After the parade, Kids may trick-or treat at participating Festival at Bel Air businesses including Festival Vet!
