We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Typically, we close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

New Clients
Thank you for choosing us to provide your veterinary care! Please bring your pet’s records with you including all vaccination history. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give us ample time for registration. For your convenience, you may download and print our New Client Registration Form and bring the completed form to your appointment. The receptionists will enter your information, copy your driver’s license and copy any records that you have. They will then briefly discuss the reason for your visit and mention any vaccines or testing that might be due for your pet. They will also ask you if your pet has plenty of Heartworm and Flea and Tick preventative if applicable. |
Appointment Times
The receptionists will ask you to arrive early for your appointment to complete necessary paperwork and update your records. In consideration of all scheduled clients, if you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, the receptionist will gladly help you reschedule for another time.

For Pets
For your safety and the safety of all our clients and staff, we ask that all pets be secured on a leash or in a safely latched carrier. |
Medication Refills
We will be happy to assist you with your prescription refills. For your convenience, you may request a refill online or call the clinic directly. We make every effort to make your pet’s prescription available to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills. Prescriptions that are special order may take longer to fill, so watch your quantities carefully so together we can make sure your best friend doesn’t go without medication! Additionally, some prescription diets are special order and can take up to one week to arrive. |
Missed Appointments
Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep your appointment as scheduled. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, a missed appointment fee of $26.50 will be applied to your account. |

Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit and personal checks. There is a fee for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
